7. The Offer:
Trade in any camera for a new Nikon D600 Digital SLR from any participating Nikon Australia Authorised Reseller and receive a minimum of $150 including GST off the purchase price.
Trade in any camera for a new Nikon D800 Digital SLR from any participating Nikon Australia Authorised Reseller and receive a minimum of $300 including GST off the purchase price.
Trade in any camera for a new Nikon D800e Digital SLR from any participating Nikon Australia Authorised Reseller and receive a minimum of $300 including GST off the purchase price.
The Promotion Period: The offer commences on 14th November 2012 and finishes at 11:59pm AEST on 31st January 2013.
Dealer must claim within 30 days following the end of The Promotion Period.

If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law

to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
12. any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoters control);

any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;

any variation in offer value to that stated in the Terms and Conditions;

any tax liability incurred by a claimant

any cost associated with entry, whether Internet or mailing costs.
